Exhibitors
Exhibiting at GoGeomatics Expo
Full details, sponsor evidence, and package pricing live on the Exhibitor & Sponsorship page.
Why exhibit?
Direct access to a national, cross-sector audience of surveyors, GIS professionals, engineers, government buyers, and academic researchers — the people who make purchasing and partnership decisions in Canadian geomatics. In 2025, 35 exhibitors took part alongside 219 participating organizations overall.
What does a standard exhibitor booth include?
A 10×10 space, pipe & drape, one 6' skirted table, waste basket, staff passes, and Monday community day access. Electrical power and internet are optional venue services, ordered directly and paid for separately.
How much does a booth cost?
$3,500 CAD (10×10), or $3,150 CAD for returning exhibitors. A non-profit/academic rate of $1,250 CAD is available for certified non-profit, academic, or research organizations, with the same inclusions.
Do exhibitor staff get catered lunch?
No — booth staff passes do not include catered conference lunches. Booth staff can purchase food from the Stampede concession stands or purchase GoGeomatics catered conference lunches separately. Both booth staff passes do include full access to conference sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, along with the trade show floor and Monday Community Day.
What's the deadline to book a booth?
October 15, 2026. Booths and sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come basis.
Do you offer larger booths (10×20, island)?
Yes — contact [email protected] for a custom quote; pricing for non-standard booth sizes is not published.
Sponsors
Sponsoring GoGeomatics Expo
Organizations like Measurement Sciences, NV5, RIEGL, and the Royal Canadian Geographical Society are sponsors and partners of GoGeomatics Expo 2026 — see the full list on the Exhibitor & Sponsorship page.
Why sponsor?
Sponsorship adds visibility beyond the trade show floor — logo placement on the event photo wall and main stage backdrops, press release recognition, and (Gold/Platinum) a guaranteed speaking slot — reaching the same national geomatics audience as exhibiting, with a stronger public profile.
What sponsorship levels exist?
Bronze $2,000 CAD, Silver $5,500 CAD, Gold $10,500 CAD, Platinum $17,500 CAD. Delegate passes range from 2 (Bronze) to 15 (Platinum); Gold and Platinum include a booth, dedicated power and internet, and a speaking slot. Platinum adds co-host recognition, an opening address, and a post-event attendee list.
Does Bronze include a booth?
No — Bronze includes delegate passes and recognition only; no exhibitor booth, no attendee list, no speaking or panel role.
Can I combine a booth and Bronze sponsorship to get Silver-level benefits?
No — tiers are not interchangeable. Booth + Bronze does not confer Silver status.
Does the returning-exhibitor discount apply to sponsorship?
No — the returning discount applies to the booth component only, not to sponsorship packages.
How do I become a sponsor?
Download the Registration Package from the Exhibitor & Sponsorship page, complete the fillable form, and email it to [email protected]. We review every submission and follow up with an invoice - no online payment is required. For custom booths or larger sponsorships, contact us directly first.
How do I register as an exhibitor or sponsor?
Download the Registration Package from the Exhibitor & Sponsorship page, complete the fillable PDF electronically, save a copy for your records, and email it to [email protected]. No account or online payment is required to apply.
Why is registration done through a PDF instead of an online form?
A fillable PDF can be forwarded through your organization's internal approval process - procurement, finance, or leadership - the way most municipalities, universities, and larger organizations already work. It also gives you a permanent copy of exactly what you applied for.
When will I receive an invoice?
We review every registration and follow up within one business day. Once your registration is approved, we send an invoice directly - there is no online payment step.
When is my booth location assigned?
Your booth type is confirmed at registration. Specific booth locations are assigned once the floor plan is finalized, and we'll confirm your exact location directly ahead of the event.
When are marketing materials and logos collected?
Not at registration. Once your participation is confirmed and payment is received, we send a separate Onboarding invitation to collect your logo, company description, and other marketing assets.
What happens after I submit my registration?
We review every submission and follow up within one business day. Once approved, we send an invoice; once payment is received, you'll get a Welcome confirmation followed by an Onboarding invitation with next steps.
