SLAM Scan-Off Competition

GoGeomatics is excited to present a special industry activity during the Expo. The “scan-off” will be a scan-to-scan comparison of LiDAR mapping platforms that utilize simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology against an established terrestrial LiDAR (TLiDAR) platform to determine overall effectiveness and efficiency.

Invitations will be sent to the following SLAM system providers and/or their representatives to participate in a common evaluation of their platforms under controller environments and conditions:

  • Leica Geosystems – ‘BLK’ scanner series scanner
  • NavVis – VLX 2nd generation scanner
  • Gexcel – HERON scanner
  • AutoMap – Terrus series scanner
  • Emesent – ST-X scanner
  • GreenValley International – LiGrip or LiBackpack scanner
  • Feima Robotics – SLAM100 scanner
  • Z+F – FlexScan22 platform
  • Kudan Artisence – Handheld mapping Dev Kit
  • Stonex – X120GO scanner
  • GeoSLAM – ZEB series of scanners
